Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the prior written permission of BikeBitz UK.

Accuracy of Website Contents

BikeBitz UK have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BikeBitz UK disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. BikeBitz UK shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.


Law, jurisdiction and language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

BikeBitz UK do not send unsolicited e-mails, marketing materials or disclose customer information to third parties.

When an order is placed BikeBitz UK need to obtain certain information, such as delivery address, e-mail address, contact telephone number, etc. This allows BikeBitz UK to process your order quickly and efficiently and also to contact the customer should there be any problems.

In accordance with the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, BikeBitz UK follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that customers have provided. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we are able to disclose any information to you. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by BikeBitz UK.


Card Security

All credit / debit card payments are effected through the Protx secure epayments system via 256 bit security encryption provided by Geotrust. No card numbers or details are stored within our system or servers.

We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit or find of interest. BikeBitz UK do not vet these websites or have any control over their contents. Consequently BikeBitz UK cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.


Title to Goods Supplied

Ownership of goods remains with BikeBitz UK until payment has been received in full.


Delivery Schedule

We process your order immediately.

We Aim for a next working day delivery. However, we advise deliveries could take up to 5 working days.


Shipping and Handling

All orders are sent by insured delivery. BikeBitz UK cannot be held liable for any consequential losses, only the value of any lost goods.


BikeBitz UK Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 21 days of the date of purchase, providing the item is unused in an 'as new', resaleable condition, and that the item is returned in it's original packaging. BikeBitz UK reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and / or a handling fee for returned items in defaced original packaging or not in original packaging.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange certain items, e.g. Items made to the customers specifications, DVD's once the seal has been broken or items that by reason of their nature cannot be returned.

To return an item a returns number must first be obtained by calling us on 01773 764460, by email or letter to our trading address.

Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility and we recommend goods are returned via a 'signed for' delivery service.

If BikeBitz UK have made a mistake, we will arrange for the goods to be collected (at our cost) or refund any postage costs you may incur in returning the item.

This Returns Policy is offered in addition to, and above our legal obligations under the Long Distance Selling Regulations 2000


BikeBitz UK Right To Refuse Your Order

BikeBitz UK reserve the right to refuse any order made on this website regardless of whether any payments have been made.

If an order is refused you will be notified by email and any funds paid will be refunded onto your debit or credit card as soon as possible, in any event within 30 days.


Your Right to Cancel Your Contract

Under the Long Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your contract within 7 working days. In the case of goods the 7 working days start from the day after the goods were received. Please note certain items are excluded from this guarantee, e.g. Items made to customers specifications, DVD's once the seal has been broken or items that by reason of their nature cannot be returned.

Customers wishing to return items under this 7 day guarantee must contact us to obtain a returns number via letter to our trading address. Goods may then be returned, with original packaging, at your own cost (we strongly recommend the use of a 'signed for' delivery service). A full refund will be made as soon as is reasonably possible, in any event within 30 days.


Complaints

Any complaint should be made to Customer Services in the first instance on 01773 764460. We promise to deal effectively with any complaints received. We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide you with a likely time-scale to resolve the matter, BikeBitz UK will use any feedback regarding a complaint to identify and improve aspects of our services.
