Our final drive kits all contain a front sprocket, rear sprocket and recommended grade chain. All chains are supplied split (not endless).
For sprockets, those marked Steel contain JT or Chiaravalli. Renthal kits have silver etched finish or hard anodised aluminium alloy rear sprockets, matched with a hardened steel front sprocket.
Standard tooth sizes are included, except where marked Renthal Race Gearing – where the front sprocket has one tooth less, and the rear hard anodised sprocket has one tooth extra.

JT Sprockets
The JT Factory is currently the largest and most technically advanced sprocket manufacturing facility in the World.
It is fully equipped with the most advanced high accuracy machinery, including the latest generation of CNC computer design and computer controlled metal fabricating and cutting equipment.
The essence of a high quality sprocket is in high precision manufacturing and utilising only the highest quality materials.
Through accurate machining and by using only the best grade of SCM415 chromoly steel alloy for front sprockets and C45 high carbon steel for rear sprockets, JT ensure the best possible durability and performance for their products.
Each sprocket passes through 25 manufacturing processes, are hand finished, and are subject to at least 10 quality control checks before leaving the factory, ensuring JT meet or exceed the highest possible quality standards set for the motorcycle industry.
Renthal Sprockets
Renthal front sprockets are manufactured from a case hardened and core refined 655M13 Nickel-Chrome-Moleybdenum alloy steel. Rear sprockets utilise a patented and unique 7075T651 aluminium alloy.
In both cases the manufacturing process allows the sprockets to maintain maximum strength and minimum weight (up to 30% lighter than the equivalent JT sprockets).
Rear sprockets are also available in a hard anodised finish which significantly increases the hardness and wear resistance of the sprocket.
An advanced tooth profile, concentricity and accuracy of fit ensures the highest possible standards, durability and maximum power transfer are achieved in all cases.
Tsubaki Chains
Tsubaki Chains are utilised by the biggest names in Racing, in the fastest classes, both on the track and off road. This is a testimony to Tsubaki when the highest possible standards are required, by manufacturers with exceptional engineering experience, in an environment where there is no room for error or compromise.
Key Features of Tsubaki Chains include:
- High viscosity grease is vacuum injected internally to dissipate heat and shock load
- Super seal 'O' rings surround shouldered and projected bushings to eliminate power stealing friction and excluded dirt
- Omega, Alpha and Sigma chains all feature superior durability and strength, proven on race tracks around the world.
