To ascertain your correct size of Helmet simply:

Measure around your head with a soft cloth measuring tape making sure the tape passes across the centre of the forehead, above the ears, and over the natural bump at the back of your head.

Cross reference the measurement obtained with the above size guide, e.g. if your head measures 60cm you will be a size Large.

If your measurement is between two sizes, e.g. 58.5cm, it is better to go for the smaller size, in this case Medium, as the internal linings of helmets can give by up to 15% after use as they mould to your individual head shape.
