BikeBitz UK Returns Policy
BikeBitz UK are confident that you will be 100% happy with any purchase that you may make from us.
However, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your item you may return it to us, within 21 days, for a full refund or replacement, providing the Item is returned in it's original packaging in an as new, resaleable condition*.
If we have made a mistake with your order we will either arrange for the goods to be collected and returned to us or refund any return shipping costs you may incur.
BikeBitz UK Shipping Policy
BikeBitz UK use the most cost efficient delivery methods to remain competitive on our shipping rates.
We aim for a next working day delivery, although please allow 5 to 7 working days. All goods despatched are 100% insured whilst in transit and in all cases a signature will be required by the carrier on delivery. If no-one is at the delivery address when the carrier calls a calling card will be left and in such instances please contact the carrier direct to re-arrange delivery promptly. Should the delivery not be effected the goods may be returned to BikeBitz UK and return / re-delivery charges may apply.
Our shipping rates are based on the weights of the items ordered. At the bottom of every item detailed on this website the shipping charge is quoted. Should multiple purchases be made our checkout process will automatically discount the shipping rate by combining the weights of the items.

Delivery and Returns - General Points to Note
1. Shipping Prices are calculated by weight of the items ordered. Smaller lower value items may
be despatched via a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service.
2. If multiple items are ordered we may despatch items seperately so that specialist carriers,
trained in the handling of specific goods, may be utilised.
3. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Military BFPO Boxes
4. We aim for a next working day delivery, although please allow 3 to 5 working days.
